If it is inconvenient for you to close at our office we will close your transaction at a location that is convenient for you. Please call us for a fee quote for your next title transaction. Our closing fees are low and we don't charge miscellaneous fees such as: wire fees, document preparation, overnight mail fees, notary public fees, etc. If you need to sell property under a tax deferred 1031 exchange we have a sister company, Pioneer Exchange, LC that can accommodate those transactions."
About Us
Pioneer Title was formed in 2011 and does Title Insurance and Escrow Closings throughout the State of Utah. The owner has 41 years of experience in title and escrow and also owns Pioneer Exchange, LC which performs tax deferred 1031 exchanges. He has worked for both the underwriter and for agents in 3 states.
